Local Airline Donates Pillows
September 28, 2007

A local Kansas City Airline just donated 100 of their business size pillows, along with 1000 pillowcases, to City Union Mission. Dan Doty, Executive Director, said:

We are thrilled to receive these. As you can imagine we go through quite a lot of sheets and pillowcases because everyday they must be laundered for that night’s guests. That’s a lot of wear and tear! We are so grateful to them.

There are many different ways that you can partner with City Union Mission. Do you, or does your business, have inventory that’s taking up precious space ... Norman Rockwell plates, paintings, trains, automobiles, Precious Moments?

Instead of paying rent to house them, or having to pay to move them, consider donating them to City Union Mission. If we aren’t able to make use of what you donate, we can turn it into cash. You can help us put the pieces of broken lives back together.  Please, click here for more information about your donation options.
