Registration Details
Please Note:
- All events take place rain or shine.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- The race director reserves the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather.
Pre-register
Mail in registration form postmarked by March 21, 2006. The 5K or 1.5 mile walk/run pre-registration fee is $20. Pre-registered participants will receive a race number, t-shirt (see t-shirt deadline below) and race packet.

Register on day of event
6:45 to 7:30 a.m. at Corporate Woods, Bldg. 40. On-site registrants will receive a race number, and t-shirts will be provided while supplies last. The 5K or 1.5 mile walk/run on-site registration fee is $25.
Packet pick-up
Pre-registered participants can pick up race packets at Mardel Christian & Educational Supply at 7102 West 119th Street, Overland Park (Northwest side of 119th & Metcalf) on Friday, March 30, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. or on April 1 at Corporate Woods, Bldg. 40 from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m.
T-shirt deadline
Registrations postmarked by March 21 or walked into City Union Mission by March 23 include a t-shirt. After March 23, t-shirts will be provided while supplies last.
Bring the Whole Family
Families are encouraged to participate together with an optional family registration fee. For families who register together (and live in the same household), the pre-registration fee is $60 and the race-day registration fee is $75. Also, all family registrations will be included in a random drawing to take place during the awards ceremony for a free family portrait package (retail value of $229) provided by Timeless Images. So bring your whole family and put your soles into helping the homeless together.
Kids' CrossRoad Dash ($10)
Children are invited to join in a non-competitive fun run at 9 a.m. Registration includes t-shirt*, runner's number, and participation ribbon. *Registrations postmarked by March 21 or walked into City Union Mission by March 23 include a t-shirt. After March 23, t-shirts will be provided while supplies last.
