How Do I Get My Church Involved?
As an arm of the church, City Union Mission seeks to partner with area churches to reach out to the poor and homeless of Kansas City. Below are a few of the ways that your church can partner with City Union Mission:
- Commit to pray for City Union Mission
- Participate in a drive or collect goods on your own
- Invite a representative from City Union Mission to speak to your church
- Volunteer at one of the City Union Mission shelters or Thrift Stores
- Support City Union Mission Financially
- INVITE YOUR PASTOR to an Awareness Luncheon at City Union Mission. Attendees receive a 15 minute tour of our facility and hear a client's testimony, along with a time for questions.
