In exchange for your contribution of $10,000 or more to establish a charitable gift annuity, City Union Mission will pay you a high fixed annuity rate for life. Trade in a low-interest bank account or save on capital gains tax by contributing appreciated stock.
You’ll receive an immediate charitable income tax deduction and a substantial portion of each annuity payment made to you is tax free. In addition, your contribution to establish a gift annuity will help City Union Mission.
If you are under 65, you can receive an even higher annuity rate by deferring your payments.
