"City Union Mission helped me so much spiritually," shares Johnathon Payne, long-term recovery program graduate. "God is first so they taught me how to pray. [They] prepared me for being out in the real world. Waking up early in the morning and doing work assignments helped me be more disciplined and punctual.
Now I’m working full time, have my own apartment and a car. The Mission has blessed me so much!"
Shortly before this Annual Report went to press, Johnathon passed away. We mourn his death but rejoice that he is now in the presence of Jesus our Lord.
