Kansas City’s history is paved with women whose vision, passion and efforts have influenced the heart of our city. Women Who’ve Changed the Heart of the City is a luncheon event to honor these outstanding women and to benefit the Mission’s ministry to homeless women and families. Betsy Stewart, Beth McCown, Lisa Sewalson and Jane Shelley are part of this annual event’s inaugural committee.
