City Union Mission was founded in 1924 with confidence God would supply generous friends to help meet the needs of the least and the lost in Kansas City. Eighty-three years later, we continue to rely on God’s people for our financial foundation.

Gifts of Cash
Your tax-deductible financial gifts help restore the lives of homeless men, women and children 365 days a year. You may make regular contributions to the Mission by becoming a member of our BED & BREAD CLUB. To make your monthly giving easy, your gifts can be deducted automatically from your checking account or charged to your credit card.

Planned Giving
You can further this ministry in the years to come by making a bequest to the Mission in your will, donating appreciated assets or setting up a life insurance plan with the Mission as beneficiary. Your concern today will leave a lasting legacy for the Mission and those we serve.
Missouri Tax Credits
You can maximize your charitable giving to City Union Mission by taking advantage of tax credits offered by the Missouri Housing Development Commission. Gifts of $10,000 or more to the Mission’s Building the Walls that Rebuild Lives capital campaign will qualify for tax credits equaling 55 percent of the gift value.
