Calvary Stanberry Church in Stanberry, Missouri, takes Jesus’ words in Matthew 25 to heart: For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat - I needed clothes and you clothed me. After reading about the Mission’s urgent needs on our Web site, immediately the children of the congregation went to work collecting toilet paper.
After Pastor Bill Bracken delivered their collection, he toured our Family Center. "I never realized what all goes on here and how many different needs have to be filled on a daily basis," Bill says. "We are a small church, but it is really a blessing for us to be able to partner with City Union Mission in such a wonderful way!"
