Dear Friends,
The Bible tells us there is always hope - in every situation with every person. With hope as one of the Mission’s core values, I encourage you to continue to stand with us in prayer for homeless individuals and families, as well as for the serious issues we face with an ever-increasing call for our services and an ever-increasing budget. We need you!
Monthly, there is a group of 20 to 30 men who long to join our yearlong Christian Life Recovery Program but cannot due to lack of space. In 2006, an average of six persons per night who called our Hotline for the Homeless were unable to find emergency housing. The needs in Kansas City continue to grow.
