Provide Christ-centered Resident Recovery Programs
Many homeless adults have been plagued by life-dominating habits that have stolen their families, homes and hope. Addiction to drugs, alcohol, gambling - even unhealthy or abusive relationships - seems to control every step the person takes and every decision he or she makes.
City Union Mission’s Christian Life Program for men and New Life Program for women and families are designed to meet each hurting person at his or her point of need with Bible-based one-on-one and family counseling, discipleship, support groups and other practical helps.
Throughout each person’s stay on our resident recovery program, we help them remain narcotic-free through regular drug testing, carried out with sensitivity and encouragement by our counselors.
Your gift of $350 will supply discipleship and counseling materials, workbooks and other classroom supplies, drug testing kits, and bus passes for doctor, legal and other appointments and more.
