Camp 2009

Camp CUMCITO 2009

Camper Registration

Camper fees are based on family income. Camper's families whose income exceeds the federal free lunch guidelines are put on a waiting list. This insures the neediest children have an opportunity to experience camp. Many donors provide a form of camp scholarship. If you are interested in providing a camp scholarship this year, please click here.

All campers receive a health screening the week prior to their attending camp. The Mission offers free screenings the Saturday before each camp session, or families may choose to have their own doctor complete the health screening form.

If you have children interested in attending a week of camp, camper registration begins starting May 1, Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM on a first come, first served basis at the Family Center, 1310 Wabash, Kansas City, MO). Applicants should bring the following to registration:

  • Proof of income (e.g. paycheck stub, income tax form, verification of TANF or Food Stamps, caseworker's name and phone number)
  • Social Security Cards for parent and child
  • Proof of child's date of birth (birth certificate or Medicaid card)
  • Child's insurance information
  • $5 application fee per child

Please call our camp Office at (816) 329-1425 if you have any questions regarding registration.
